Return & Refund Policy

At Pakcik Durian, we strive to provide top-quality durian products and excellent service.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for eligible returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

 

2. Refund for Service Fees / Shipping Costs

We believe in transparency and fairness. At Dury Dury, there are no hidden service fees. However, shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer.

 

3. Refund Process

  1. Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  2. Approval: You will be informed whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

  3. Credit: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

4. Late / Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post).

  3. Contact your bank to verify the transaction status.

  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@durydury.com or +(60)12 – 758 4896.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@durydury.com.

  • Step 2: Send your item to: 20, Jln Tong Shin, Bukit Bintang, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

 

6. Gifts

  • Marked as Gift: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Not Marked as Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

 

7. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

22, Jln Tong Shin, Bukit Bintang, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Note: Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

8. Responsibility for Secure User Information
